There has been an amendment from the club.

The first start on Saturday 24/6/06 will be at 1100.

Therefore ensure you allow sufficient time in your travel/ferry arrangements to make this new time.

More details of the open will follow shortly but Wightlink Ferries are offering a similar deal to last year - £35 for car plus trailer and 4 people available from Thursday 22/6/06 til Tuesday 27/6/06.

Sundays start time will be around 1200 so book return ferry accordingly.

Wightlink cross to the island between Portsmouth and Ryde (about 30mins to the club) and Lymington to Yarmouth (about 1hr to the club).

It is recommended to be on the 0800 ferry from Portsmouth to make the 1100 start.

Entry is £20 but included is a curry evening and live band.

There will be free camping available - Stuart remember to tell Paul where his tent polls are !!!!

There will be a 'buddies' system employed to help spread some experience and knowledge. First on the latest handicap list will be paired with the last and so on if you get my drift.
